Rene Sola

With local teams in more than 10 countries, Rene Sola is active in several regions where the solar and wind power markets are growing exponentially. They have been able to sustain this growth due to improved clarity around government policies. The company’s strategy is to pursue high-margin project development opportunities in profitable and growing markets, specifically, in the United States and Europe, where the company has a market leading position in several areas including Poland, Hungary, Minnesota and New York. 

We were tasked with creating a new logo for the brand, which would differ slightly for each product line. For the color palette we used blues and greens which evoked a sense of calm, refreshment and sustainability. For the typography, we created a classic custom serif font with delicate thin lines, that elevated the brand. 

Along with the new branding, we created new print collateral—which included an annual report for 2021—using the new fonts and colors along with illustrations that pair well with the new look and feel of the brand.
